On the outside, standard features for the 2025 Pilot include LED headlights, tail lights, and brake lights, along with LED fog lights for great visibility at night and in all kinds of weather. You get body-color door handles and matte black power side mirrors, along with a standard rear tailgate. Inside, the Honda Pilot Sport features a seven-inch infotainment display, a seven-inch Driver Information Interface screen, and a seven-speaker sound system with a subwoofer. You get seating for eight passengers across three rows inside the Pilot, with a 10-way power driver’s seat, four-way power front-passenger seat, and standard cloth seating. Heated front seats with Tri-Zone Automatic Climate Control with Humidity Control and Air Filtration are included to keep you and your passengers comfortable.

2025 Honda Pilot EX-L: Numerous Upgrades Inside and Out

If you like a lot of what the standard Pilot has to offer but want some nice upgrades, then the EX-L trim is a great one to focus on. You get the same kind of performance and driving experience with this model, though it features 18-inch machine-finished wheels with Pewter Gray inserts that look fantastic. The EX-L comes with heated, body-color side mirrors featuring integrated turn indicators with a memory function, and they tilt down slightly while the Pilot is in reverse to give you enhanced visibility. This model also comes with a programmable power tailgate that makes loading and unloading the cargo area easier.

Looking inside, this trim has the same seven-inch Driver Information Interface screen, but it comes with a nine-inch infotainment display that looks fantastic. You also get a nine-speaker sound system with the EX-L for enhanced audio, plus wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A wireless phone charger in the EX-L is incredibly convenient for keeping your devices charged while you’re on the road. 2025 Honda Pilot TrailSport: An Impressive Off-Road Choice

Next, we have one of our favorite options if you are looking for a family SUV that you can take off-road: the Pilot TrailSport. You get the same standard engine on the TrailSport, but it comes with Honda’s i-VTM4 AWD system included rather than as an available option. This includes Trail Torque Logic for enhanced capabilities on dirt roads or off-road trails, along with numerous Drive Modes, including a Trail & Sand Mode. You’ll find 18-inch wheels on this model, which are wrapped in all-terrain tires for excellent grip and handling, plus an off-road-tuned suspension and skid plates to protect the underside.

Tech features inside the TrailSport are similar to the EX-L, though this model comes with seven-passenger seating due to a pair of second-row captain’s chairs rather than eight seats like other models. While the EX-L has comfortable leather seating, the TrailSport comes with durable synthetic leather that is easy to keep clean, featuring Orange stitching for a distinct touch of style inside. You get a heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel in this trim, plus all-season floor mats throughout the interior. Much like the Sport trim, the Touring comes with 20-inch wheels, and the Shark Gray inserts on this model look fantastic.

The Touring comes with the same interior displays as the previous two models, though it features a Bose Premium 12-speaker sound system for rich, enveloping multi-zone audio that transforms your time on the road. The Elite comes with the i-VTM4 AWD system, much like the TrailSport, providing you with enhanced traction and control in all kinds of situations. With the Elite model, you get rain-sensing windshield wipers, auto-dimming side mirrors, and many of the same fantastic features we saw on previous models, like the panoramic moonroof and hands-free power tailgate.

Looking inside, the Elite comes with a gorgeous 10.2-inch Driver Information Interface screen that you won’t find in the other models, along with the Bose Premium sound system and other remarkable tech features. You get heated front and second-row seats in the Elite, plus perforated leather-trimmed seating featuring accent piping and ventilation for added cooling in the summer. With interior illumination that includes LED door trim lighting and even a four-inch head-up display for you as the driver, the Elite creates a comprehensive driving experience that is all about refinement and sophisticated comfort.
